The Impact of Headaches

About Gemma Greig

Gemma Greig is a Registered Physiotherapist with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland, where she graduated in 2018. She moved to Vancouver in January 2020 to pursue her career as a Physiotherapist in Canada.

Gemma has diverse experience working in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation in the National Health Service (NHS Scotland) and in private clinics. Her sports experience includes working at the European Curling Championships, Scotland rugby, and amateur soccer. In British Columbia, Gemma has been providing care to COVID and general medical patients in the acute care sector within the Fraser Health Authority.

Gemma is passionate about her work as a Physiotherapist and derives great satisfaction from helping people on a daily basis. She is known for building genuine rapport with her patients, and her approach to treatment is holistic, combining exercise prescription and hands-on techniques. Her areas of special interest include sports physiotherapy, injury prevention, self-management, and soft tissue massage.
