Job Overview-  Coaches and Head Coaches  

JAX Fitness & Rehab is seeking a motivating, outgoing, and enthusiastic Strength Training Coach with a passion for injury rehabilitation and strength training. This is a great opportunity for Infofit graduates looking to grow their client base and advance their career in a supportive, professional training environment.

This is an hourly position, starting at 10–20 hours per week with room for growth based on availability. Ideal for those seeking additional income or flexible hours but ultimately we are looking for a candidate to build to full time hours as a head coach.

Responsibilities:

✅ Design and implement customized fitness and rehab-focused training programs.
✅ Lead 1-on-1, tandem, and small group training sessions.
✅ Educate clients on proper form, injury prevention, and safe recovery techniques.
✅ Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring clients feel supported and motivated.
✅ Maintain a consistent following of clients who regularly attend your training sessions and classes.
✅ Adapt training programs to fit individual client needs, including weight loss, strength development, and rehabilitation.
✅ Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.
✅ Excel in quick and efficient communication with clients, guests, and team members.
✅ Manage time effectively and follow up with clients to ensure accountability and progress.
✅ Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming training environment.

Requirements:

  • Certified Personal Trainer with current CPR certification (Infofit graduates preferred).
    ✔️ Experience or strong knowledge in injury rehabilitation programming.
    ✔️ Additional rehabilitation-related certifications (preferred).
    ✔️ Experience leading small group training sessions (preferred).
    ✔️ Passionate, ambitious, and knowledgeable about fitness and strength training.
    ✔️ Ability to build strong rapport with clients and maintain a loyal following.
    ✔️ Flexible schedule with availability for peak morning, evening, and weekend hours.
    ✔️ Excellent time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
    ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, creating a positive and engaging training experience.
