Position Overview: Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and certified Infofit Graduate/Personal Trainer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, a desire to help
others achieve their goals, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and
weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct fitness consultations, including pre-participation screening, medical history,
lifestyle assessment, and goal setting to design personalized exercise programs.
· Develop and implement individualized training programs tailored to clients’ fitness levels
and objectives.
· Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
· Motivate and support clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through positive
coaching and feedback.
· Maintain accurate client records, track progress, and adjust programs as needed.
· Collaborate with the club management and sales team to promote personal training
services and assist in member retention.
· Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the training area and equipment.
Qualifications:
· Certified Personal Trainer through a recognized organization (e.g., BCRPA, ACE,
NASM, or equivalent).
· Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience preferred.
· Current CPR and First Aid certification.
· Strong understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Flexible availability to meet client scheduling needs, including evenings and weekends.
