This four-hour personal coaching program will introduce you to the basics of weight training and set you up for success in the fitness industry.

In this program, students will have two two-hour sessions with an elite trainer, where they will learn how to perform common gym resistance exercises, practice each exercise with personalized feedback and training tips, and gain confidence in their technique.
