Although the Build Athletic Muscle Program focuses on hypertrophy outcomes, it also incorporates endurance improvement and strength development. The program spans 16 weeks and is divided into 4 phases, with emphasis on enhancing work capacity, building lean muscle, and establishing a strength foundation. This program is ideal for athletes in sports like hockey, rugby, or basketball who want to build size during their off-season.
As programs are personalized, no two are identical. Therefore, a new program may be purchased when the previous one has been completed. The final analysis near the end of your current program will allow for seamless continuing into the next program.
