This fun 2-hour fitness workshop will help you feel comfortable using the wobble board and other balance equipment with your clients. This online fitness workshop will help you identify the things that can cause people to become unstable.

We will cover proprioception and the vestibular systems and how they can affect your balance. You will learn about which people would benefit from balance board fitness training (from seniors to athletes). Muscle recruitment during balance is discussed and how to benefit from using the wobble board, bosu or discs. Different types of balance fitness training equipment and how to use them. If you are looking for something different and new, this fitness workshop is what you are looking for!

Multi-Joint/Compound Exercises for Functional Movement Workshop

This 4-hour Multi Joint Fitness Workshop will give you loads of new compound exercises for your class and clients. You will learn about the pros and cons of single vs. multi joint exercises and the most common exercises in the gym and fitness training classes (their benefits and problems). You will learn how to safely and effectively perform and teach each new exercises. This workshop is loaded with dozens of full colour pictures and will teach you tons of new, safe, effective and functional multi-joint/compound exercises. You need very little equipment to build your repertoire of moves. If you are tired of the regular push-ups, rows and squats, this workshop is for you.

The Magic of Muscles – Strength and Flexibility Workshop

We have over 600 muscles in the body, yet most of us don’t know what they are or how to use them. Working out incorrectly can be counterproductive and unsafe. This two-hour workshop will give you lots of information on how the muscles function ensuring you stay injury-free throughout your life. This workshop helps you design exercises that target specific muscles using many pieces of equipment (balls, weights, tubes). Anatomy of the muscles, types of muscle contractions, rests, sets flexibility of muscles will be covered – GREAT workshop for everyone and an excellent way to review your muscles!

When we have processed your workshop registration, you will receive the workshop in your email. You have access any time for 4 months from your purchase date. Watch/read through the workshop at your leisure and then answer the questions at the end. There is approximately 8 hours of study for the workshop – you can do it at your own pace. Once the answers are submitted you will receive the certificate. It’s that easy!
